Chris is Executive VP of Acquisitions at Easterly Government Properties, where he leads acquisitions and development across government and government adjacent real estate nationwide. He brings 15+ years of institutional experience, has been involved in over $1.6B in transactions, and is also a restaurateur, bringing a unique perspective on placemaking and community.

Ed is the Director of Development at Dacra, where he is leading new luxury hotel and condominium developments in the Miami Design District. Prior to Dacra, he contributed to high-profile residential, hospitality, and mixed-use projects with Oak Row Equities. Originally from NYC, Ed grew up in Tokyo and Singapore and enjoys traveling.

Jonathan is the founder of Endeavor Capital, a real estate investment and development firm focused on industrial, multifamily, and aviation assets nationwide. He spent his career in New York City before relocating to Miami Beach in 2025, and is an avid padel player who enjoys traveling.

Brian is VP of Acquisitions at Cypress Equity Investments (CEI), where he focuses on multifamily development and investment opportunities across the Southeast. He brings extensive experience in affordable and workforce housing, and P3 partnerships, with prior experience at Atlantic Pacific Co. across the Southeast and Mid Atlantic. A South Florida native, Brian enjoys boating and fishing in his free time.

Ross serves as Director and Head of Metric Recruiting’s Florida office. Metric is a high-performance, growth-oriented firm partnering with global organizations to deliver world-class talent solutions. A native of Ireland and former competitive rugby athlete, Ross brings a disciplined, performance-driven leadership approach to the construction and real estate sectors.

Leo is the Founder of Blueprint Collective and leads business development for ARCO/Murray in South Florida. He began his career with AvalonBay, a leading public REIT, and has built experience across property management, PropTech, and construction. He brings a relationship driven approach to business development, with a passion for connecting the right people at the right time.
